Apply Online

Each person 18 years or older must submit a separate TAR application.  There is a $50 application fee per applicant.  To begin the process all Lease Applications, Deposit Hold Forms, Rent Qualifying Criteria Forms, application fees and security deposits  must be submitted to our office. Once all paper work and money is received we will take the property off the market and begin processing the applications.

You can fill out the forms and pay fees online,  drop the forms and fees at our office in the drop slot or scan/email us the forms or fax (512)-477-1175. We accept personal credit cards, debit cards, checks, money orders and cash. All cash must be receipted by one of our  staff. If you have any questions please call us at (512)477-1163.
